Flannel sleeves, and evergreen trees.

Hi, my name is Olivia.
I'm currently studying at Academy of Art University and majoring in documentary photography. Whereas my dream is to be a photojournalist, I'd also like to start up music business—production and management.
I'm a Christian. Which doesn't mean that I wear a cross around my neck (not saying thats bad) and space out during Sunday service—Being a Christian means that I love Jesus and believe that He is the Way, Truth and Life, I believe that the Bible is the infallible word of God, and I believe that His love is for everyone and I try my best each day to show His love to others. Jesus is love, and I believe in showing that love to others.
I like photography, writing, teaching, and traveling. Oh and coffee. I love coffee.

Terry Jones has apparently cancelled plans to proceed with the Quran Burning event on the anniversary of 9/11 this weekend. It’s still worth noting that Anderson Cooper does very well in this interview if you have yet to see it.

I’m dismayed by Jones invoking Jesus’ work and ministry to defend his hateful and intolerant actions. I’m still further dismayed that while many who are opposed to Terry Jones see the obvious wrong in equating radical extremist Muslims to all followers of the second largest religion in the world, many are prepared to equate Jones’ misguided and ignorant views to the beliefs of all followers of Christ or any religion.

He’s trying to rally people against the extremists of Islam and yet hes a radical himself. This man is one of the lowest examples of a human being and he says all that he does is in the name of Christ. Thats the part that kills me.
